Self isolation and staying at home is really important in the quest to deal with Covid-19. However this can have a huge impact on the our mental health, with many people feeling the loneliness of the isolation required.

We are all social creatures and benefit from interactions with others. Conversations with others help us maintain good mental health and give us a positive burst of energy. We can all help with this by taking time out to make a phone call, send a message, set up a Zoom call with someone who is feeling the strain of needing to stay indoors.
