What’s happening at The Coach Business?

Michael Schofield is the founder of The Coach Business and 2013 has proved to be a busy year for him with further exciting projects coming up for delivery in the next few months.

In June Michael joined LFC ELITES (www.lfcelites.com ) as an Associate Lecturer delivering workshops on their tremendous Leadership programme, which looks at how business can learn lessons in team building, strategic analysis, motivation and handling pressure from the world class coaches at Liverpool FC.

Delegates on the course come from all areas of business and sport and they discover the techniques used to help players handle the pressure of taking penalties in major cup finals. They also get to practise strategic analysis techniques used in real life game situations and how these can be used back in the work place to deal with the challenges faced in running a business operation.

The next courses are being held at the end of July, with a few places still available on the 5 day courses, before the programme is taken on a worldwide tour. If you are interested in details of the programme email us at support@thecoachbusiness.com

Michael will also again be delivering a programme at the Jaguar Academy of Sport in September and is currently designing programmes to be delivered to leadership teams at some of the UK’s major PLC’s which will cover subject areas such as Leadership Presence & Credibility, Developing a Coaching Culture and Improving Confidence and Self Awareness.
